Subsidised Retail Design Studios – Available to Let – Oxo Tower Wharf, South Bank, London
We are looking for innovative, exciting tenants to join our community of makers and design conscious retailers. These units are subsidised to give small or independent traders a platform to launch a sustainable business. This has been the guiding principle since the buildings refurbishment by Coin Street Community Builders in 1996 and has enabled many small creative start-ups to refine their offering and ultimately thrive, some are now household names.
