Peter Cracknell will be delivering a short course, Plastic Product Design and Manufacture, from 4-6 March 2013 in the Cockcroft Building, University of Brighton. Peter is highly knowledgeable and very experienced in polymer technology having been employed by industry and taught in the London School of Polymer Technology.
The three-day course is ideal for those wishing to learn about plastic product design and manufacture and will give participants knowledge of the polymer factors which influence design, plastic shaping methods, polymer product design theory, polymer project management, prototyping and product assembly and finishing techniques. It will benefit both those new to the subject or those who wish to extend their existing knowledge of plastic product design, plastics materials, polymer processing or who are working in a polymer product design related area.
