Paid Online Marketing Intern for Hidden Art

Hidden Art is seeking a paid Online Marketing Intern for 9 months from End June 2015 – End March 2016 for three days a week. This is an excellent opportunity to gain solid marketing and PR experience.

The Post

The post of Online Marketing Intern will involve three days a week starting end June 2015 until March 2016.  The days are flexible and the office working hours are 9.30 – 5.30 from Monday to Friday.  You will gain significant experience and knowledge benefits from working with Hidden Art.

Job Description

You will be contributing to and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at driving a significant number of potential customers to the Hidden Art E-Shop and increasing the readership of the Hidden Art Website You will be providing support across a wide range of online marketing tasks such as: SEO, copywriting, designing and sending out e-newsletter campaigns, running the organization’s social media accounts and assisting with the management of the organization’s website and e-shop.

This paid internship has been created as part of the Creative Employment Programme. The Creative Employment Programme is an Arts Council England Fund to support the creation of traineeships, formal apprenticeship and paid internship opportunities in England for unemployed young people wishing to pursue a career in the arts and cultural sector. There are certain criteria you must meet in order to be eligible to apply for a Creative Employment Programme funded internship. At the time of applying you must be aged 18 to 24 years old and you must be registered as unemployed with Jobcentre Plus. These eligibility criteria have been approved by the Department of Work and Pensions. If you wish to apply for this position but are not registered with Jobcentre Plus please contact your local Jobcentre Plus  to register.

For this specific post you must also be based in East London (Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Newham, Barking & Dagenham).

Total pay for the 9 month period (p/t): £5,323.50
