A buffet lunch with a variety of sandwiches and salads, as well as drinks are included in the ticket. There will be a max. of 50 tickets available, so book early to avoid disappointment.
On Friday 4th July The Design Trust is organising their first ever Business Club Summer’s Day to bring all members and partners together for a full day of networking, practical workshops, loads of 121 sessions and fun.
The theme for the event is: Make it visual! From visualising your business dream and business challenges on Post-It notes, to interactive games, talks about blogging and pinterest – you will make yourself and your creative business more visual at this event!
The Business Club Summer’s Day will combine expert talks with workshops, games, a book club, a market place to talk to businesses, networking and of course a wonderful lunch.
Confirmed speakers are:
- Patricia van den Akker, Director of The Design Trust starting this full day with a fun workshop to get you to dream BIG
- Grant Gibson, Editor of Crafts Magazine will be talking about how to get into the press, and YOU can ask him loads of questions too
- Indie Retail expert & design shop owner Clare Yuille will be talking about getting your brochures just right
- Polly & Claire of the Handmade Horizons Marketing Academy will show you how to stand out online
