FORTHCOMING EVENTS & NEWS ……….
GOLD, FRANCINSENSE & MYRRHIS ODERATO Workshop , Friday 7th December, 6.30 – 9pm (£25)
An evening unlocking some of nature’s secrets and making some homemade natural products for Christmas gifts.
The workshop includes all ingredients, herbs, containers as well a special gift wrapping service using vintage scarves and the Japanese art of ‘Furoshiki’. You will also have the opportunity to make your own stylish bows and rosettes to decorate your gifts. Refreshments will also be provided (mulled wine, juices & mince pies) and the shop will be open for some late night shopping.
* Using Turmeric, coconut and spices we will learn to make Turmeric Gold Latte’s and prepare some to take away
* Using Frankincense Essential Oils we will learn about it’s magical therapeutic properties and blend your own simple balm
* Using Myrrhis Odorata we will learn about digestive herbs and make a tea blend to support this important system
FABRICATIONS CRAFT CLUB CHRISTMAS PARTY, Thursday 13th December, 6 – 9pm (FREE)
Our end of year party with buffet, games, crafting & chatting! Bring a contribution (snack or drink) to share with the group, and a small secret Santa gift (something handmade, thrifted or something you have already) Feel free to bring your craft project too but there will no sewing machines put out this evening.
CHRISTMAS WILD WREATH WORKSHOP, Friday 14th December, 6.30 – 9pm (£45)
Join Damaris Copus for a friendly and relaxed evening, getting into the spirit of Christmas. Wreaths have much history and symbolism associated with them. They are usually made from evergreens and symbolize strength, as evergreens last even throughout the harshest winters. Damaris will demonstrate and guide you through how to create your own unique and long lasting wreath using her amazing selection freshly gathered greenery, beautiful berries and seed heads and, if you wish, ribbons or other trimmings. Workshop also includes mulled wine and festive snacks. Limited places!

This takes place every fortnight on a Thursday evening, 6 – 9pm.

Our ‘Open Studio’ Community Evening – The club is a friendly, supportive and creative evening.
Bring along your own projects (whether it be knitting, crochet, sewing, patchwork etc).
It’s an ideal follow on to our classes for continuity or extra guidance.
Come with friends or make new friends.
£5 includes tea & biscuits, use of facilities. JUST TURN UP! *
* If you’d like to use a sewing machine please BOOK IN
as machine places are limited. Basic sewing skills required.
