Invitation from Marco Sabetta, Managing Director of Salone del Mobile Milano
Marva Griffin Wiltshire, Founder and Curator, SaloneSatellite

in April 2017 SaloneSatellite will turn 20 years. It is an important moment that the organisers would like to celebrate with a great exhibition, like it has been done in 2007 for the SaloneSatellite 10 years anniversary with “Avverati. A dream come true”: in this occasion 450 objects were shown from the first edition in 1998, prototypes that then have been produced by the best Italian and international companies.

This exhibition too, always with Beppe Finessi’s accurate curatorship, wants to present the original SaloneSatellite mission: to be the reference and the privileged meeting and exchange place between entrepreneurs and new talents.

To organize as best we can this new great event we would appreciate your indicating not later than October 15th the prototype you designed and now on production, other than the most significant prototypes that you designed and not immediately produced, writing also the year of presentation in SaloneSatellite (and the producing company) together with a brief description of the project and a couple of low-res images.

All the material received from the many designers that we are contacting and that exhibited during these years at SaloneSatellite will be visioned and selected by the Curator, and will be shown in the exhibition that will take place in an important location during Salone del Mobile Milano 2017.

We will inform you on the projects selected that will be shown and later on we will communicate all the necessary information to deliver the objects.
