Entered 19 January 2015

Open Call for Submissions

Deadline: 12 pm, Monday 23 February 2015

Designers and design students have the opportunity to submit designs for the dining room – be it furniture (dining tables or seating), homeware (crockery and serveware) or even textiles (table cloths, runners etc.).

Three final winning designs will be selected and put into production and the designers will receive a royalty for every item sold. They will be launched as part of the Heal’s Autumn/Winter campaign during the London Design Festival in September 2015.

The Competition is open to designers/makers of any age.

As well as an in-house design team, a key part of Heal’s heritage has been partnering with independent designers. Be they well-established names or newly-discovered talent, we work together to bring good design, well made to our customers.

Heal’s Discovers is all about sourcing emerging talent so entries should be  from applicants who DO NOT currently have items licenced/retailed with high street/online retailers in the UK.

All designs should fit within one of heal’s Collections and use materials and manufacturing processes already used within the Heal’s Collection.
