Pulse 2011 – Hidden Art members and more

It was a rainy, grey day when we went to visit Pulse 2011, but luckily there was more than enough colour inside to brighten things up. Lots of Hidden Art Members had stands, especially in the Launchpad area. The show was absolutely huge and very easy to get lost in!

One of the first stands I saw was that of Elsy & Vine, who were showcasing some beautiful products, including some quirky new cushions. It’s great they way they’re displayed in a vintage suitcase.

I snapped this colourful range from RawXclusive (you can buy their cushions and prints in our shop)

There were lots of London themed products around, including these from Michelle MasonMr Wingate, and Susan Bradley.

Noodoll design super-fun stationery and accessories. I love their new bus stationery holder which comes flat-packed. Much better than sticking all your pens and pencils into an old mug on your desk. You can buy their products on the Hidden Art Shop.

Love this rainbow array of lambswool handwarmers from Bantam Knits

And the DesignK stand with their colourful Dandelion Stools

Margo Selby and Mel Made This both had incredibly colourful, eye-catching stands

It was great to catch up with some of our designer members who we normally talk to by email or over the phone, and see their products in real life. Below on the left are the Bauhaus birdfeeders  (an addition to our online shop this year, made by REthinkthings) and on the right some new products from CUSTHOM, who are running our Hidden Art Select Kids project this year.

After seeing all those designers it was definitely time for a cup of tea then back to the office!
